We
concentrate on quick support response time & assure clients that you will be provided
with any detail information you request about your website.
Additionally, if you have a critical issue that needs immediate attention we will work late
into the evening or all weekend to fix the problem - we won't stop working at 5:00pm |
- The customer will be advised of costs before any
work starts.
- Service is available 24/7. Answering machine and e mail
are checked at least twice each day.
- Contingency planning issues:
The customer will receive, after the account is paid, any relevant information
they require for management of their web site including the following
details:
• A copy of the web site
• Details of the hosting company
• Username and password for file transfer to the host server
• Username and password for the host server control panel
- If at any stage a customer wishes to change from
Grey Fox to other web designer, available information requested to facilitate
this action will be freely supplied, provided the account
with Grey Fox is it not in debit.
- All web sites under the control of Grey Fox are
backed up periodically.
- Arrangements with colleagues to service the account
will be discussed with the customer for approval in the unlikely event
Grey Fox management is not available for any period.
- We will make the site available for your evaluation and comment during
construction via a temporary web address, with a security password if requested.
- Grey Fox will use it's best endeavours to remind clients when their domain
name renewal but because of the varing factors involved no responsibility will be taken if
a domain name is able to be registered by someone else.
- Progressive payments are generally not required but
if necessary details will be by negotiation.
